When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you enter into the form:

- Your company and country
- Your email address, and telephone number if you provide one
- The products you are interested in and your estimated volume
- Anything you write in the message field
We do not ask for payment details, identification documents, or any special category information through this website. Please do not send them to us this way.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and correspond with you about a possible supply arrangement.
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests: you have approached us as a prospective trade customer, and we need your details in order to reply. If a supply agreement follows, the basis becomes performance of a contract.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form on this website is processed by Formspree, a form handling service. When you submit the form, your details are transmitted to Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. Formspree operates from the United States, so your information is transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area.
Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. Their own privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is seen by Lioka Exporting and, where relevant to preparing your quotation, by our partner harvesters in Madagascar. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a supply arrangement are kept for up to twenty-four months, so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, records are kept for as long as required for commercial and tax purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising technology. Nothing is stored on your device and your visit is not tracked. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we are using it, or to ask us to restrict its use. To exercise any of these, email info@liokaexporting.com and we will respond within one month.
